Position : Audit cum Accounts Assistant
Job Description : Duties and responsibilitiesEnsures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires.Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires, and recommending new policies and procedures.Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report and discussing findings with auditees.Complies with federal, state, and local security legal requirements by studying existing and new security legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.More education or experience may be preferred.Special licenses or certification may be required.3-5 yrs of experience in internal auditing preferredStrong analytical, communication, and computer skills.Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Auditing: 3 years (Preferred)Tally: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)
