Job Description : Job Description:
As Audit PMO, you will be a key member of the Financial Reporting & Audit Management (FR & AM) team, managing timing, planning and co-ordination of all audits (statutory and group). This means you will have and strong engagement with external auditor, Group Finance, Entity Stewards, and other cross functional finance team.
In this position you will report into the Senior Manager of the FR & AM team.
Key responsibilities:
Managing timing, planning and co-ordination of all audits (statutory and group).
Create overall statutory audit plans for the year.
Create overall component group audit for the year, summarize debrief, and organize all stakeholder Kick off calls.
Cascading external audit requirements to cross functional organization and create plans for implementation, monitor progress and provide actionable feedback to management.
Co-ordination of audit queries with Entity Stewards.
Ensure closure of audits on time.
Organise on time closure calls with auditors.
Obtain feedback on the process and implement improvement.
Qualifications:
CA 10 to 15 years of experience in project management of audits
Strong Understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
Experience in managing the Internal financial controls, interpreting the accounting policies & procedures in turn to facilitate internal financial control.
Experience in SoX Controls.
Hands on experience on IFRS is a must

Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.
Ability to identify key fraud preventative controls and leverage to develop monitoring capability.
Superior teamwork and motivating skills.
