Job Description : -Handling total Branch operational activities-Process knowledge of Mortgage Operations & Housing loan-Loan Documentation-Process knowledge of Retail Assets products add an advantage-Bank Reconciliation process-Strong background of accounts & accounting principles-LAP, Mortgage, PILSkill Required: -MS Office-Good English Verbal & written communication.-Flow ChartsQualification: B.Com / M.Com / ICWA / MBADetailed Job Responsibilities: Branch Operational Transactions:-ECS transactions / mandate lodgement.-MIS & Reports: EMI due / Bounce / Sanction / Disbursement.-Document tracking post disbursement from branches to HO, Record Storage physically to be managed at HO.-Banking of cheques , maintain accounts , bank reconciliation-Attending customers at branch, accept requests, complaints & process transactions-Non Discrepancy check on the loan documents before disbursement-Basic Accounting Knowledge – Voucher Entry-Working knowledge of TDS and GST is PreferableJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹70,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Housing Finance Work: 7 years (Preferred)Branch Manager: 5 years (Preferred)LAP, Mortgage, Home loan work: 6 years (Preferred)
