each platform and the know-how to utilize each to deliver the highest engagement possible
A passion for branding and brand management
Brand Management on all Social Channels for the company
Candidate Engagement & Onboarding – for India as well as US Business
HR Heads Community Build and drive engagement
Can wear multiple hats and shall be the face of the company.
Graphic Designing/ Content Writing /Digital marketing is a plus
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for increasing brand awareness through innovative cross-platform
campaign ideas.
2. Build and sustain the mental availability of the brand leading to higher recall and
consideration at the moment of purchase.
3. Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive the brand to demand.
4. Responsible for driving the overall communication strategy forward to educate users and
increase sales of on channels like e-mails, blog articles, videos, etc.
5. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice,
and optimized for search and social promotions.
6. Strategizing the overall social media marketing & setting up the content calendar.
7. Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization, and
structure, content development, distribution, and measurement.
8. Think strategically about raising the brand profile through content, PR, and any other
marketing campaigns that would help us stand out in the market
