Job Description : We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures2. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and packages3. Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleaguesSkills:1. Computer knowledge including knowledge of Microsoft office and excel2. Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role3. Thorough understanding of office management procedures4. Excellent organizational and time management skills5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills6. Able to multi-task & follow instructionsQualifications:2-5 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in a clerical or assistant roleProficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment. Candidates with experience in Akshaya Centres and Other Computer Centres are preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
