We are on the lookout for a Content Marketing Manager to create customer-centric, aesthetic, inspirational content that increases brand awareness, educates prospects/customers, facilitates product consideration, and drives conversions. You will be responsible for the day-to-day creation and writing of content across multiple formats, including brand profile, product catalogs, social media content, infographics, case studies, trend reports, guidebooks, webinars, product one-pagers, newsletters, videos and more. To be successful in this role, you must be a powerful storyteller and a project management wiz. You must have a strong track record of creating and executing content within deadlines and of the highest quality standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Write engaging content for various social channels and partner with the team on visuals for key campaigns
Ongoing content planning and development (make sure content is developed in advance, meets quality standards, and meets set deadlines)
Refine brand personality, voice, and tone to be memorable, engaging, and trustworthy
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various content formats (depending on where buyers are in their journey – awareness, consideration, commitment)
Creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar
Audit and standardize company messaging for all Talent platforms to ensure a consistent voice, personality, and look and feel for the brand across all social media channels
Leverage content to generate high-quality leads (MQLs) to accelerate product interest/demos and conversions to sales
Work closely with the growth/performance and communications/PR teams to drive distribution and amplify results from content
Collaborate with other teams (i.e. Product, Growth, Product Marketing, PR Comms, People Operations, Engineering, Sales) to showcase the voices/insights of industry thought leaders, customers, partners, and internal subject matter experts through our content
Ensure content performs against expected KPIs and optimize on a regular basis
Establish, measure, and report on success metrics on a monthly basis
Deep dive into content analytics and communicate content audience insights to relevant teams

Key Qualifications For The Role
5-7 years of content marketing experience
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
Must have experience with known brands in luxury space
Exceptional writer and storyteller
Strong project management experience
Strong expertise in Google Analytics
Understanding of brand building and storytelling as key drivers of content success
Data-driven mindset and performance-focused (i.e. digital engagement, conversions, leads, MQLs, closed/won deals)
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique content (and mapping against buyers journey) to capture their attention, keep them engaged and convert them into leads/buyers
