Job Description : CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTIONCultivation Technicians work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of operations, under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Cultivation Manager. This TEAM maintains overall plant health throughout all life stages of the plants, from Veg to Bloom, based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.As a Cultivation TEAM Member, you will: Transplant new clones and set up in veg stageDe-leaf plants, begin shaping, remove waste, and weigh & track any waste.Prep Veg and Bloom rooms for irrigation supply hoses, plants, covers, and Metrc tagsTransfer plants from Veg to Bloom rooms.Perform plant maintenance at various stages of the bloom cycle to ensure successful and bountiful harvests.Harvest plants, Metrc tag plants, and prep them for the Dry and Cure Stages of the process.Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces. TEAM members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENTTeam Members must act in a manner reflective of the company culture of high moral standards, innovation and continuous evolution, trust in the TEAM, continuous improvement, and sustainable relationships. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. (Hours are subject to change), depending on the schedule.
