Job Title: Customer Support Voice
Work Location:Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Pin Code: 411016
Work from Office Only
Qualification: Any Undergraduate and Graduate Candidate can apply.
Experience: Fresher Experience Both candidate can apply
Shift: 8 Am to 11 PM ( 9 Hours Work between 8 am to 11 pm)
Week Off: 6 days working (1 day rotational week off)
Requirements
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3.Flexible to work in shifts( 9 Hours Work between 8 am to 11 pm).
4.Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
5.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
6.Good technical knowledge
