Our westside client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist with an upcoming project. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and gain professional experience.

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities
Utilize external websites to extract data for internal systems.
Combine files and consolidate information within spreadsheets.
Document and update existing procedures.
Identify areas for improvements and suggest solutions.
Additional duties as assigned.

Data Entry Specialist Qualifications
Prior administrative/office experience preferred.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the desire to learn.
