Job Description
§ Planning & managing workflow (for ongoing and ad-hoc assignments), turn-around time, SLAs, and productivity
§ Monitoring of SOPs against output quality to ensure that they are updated at all times
§ Undertaking quality control of completed work by reviewing outputs against pre-defined criteria
§ Working with the team and providing continuous insights on the process/techniques
§ Impart training (presentations, theoretical and practical tests) and handle queries of team
§ Undertaking ad-hoc research task, following a clearly set out brief
§ Timely & effective communications to clients on all metrics & management of escalations.
§ Strong MIS Skills
Qualifications
§ Minimum work experience of 7+ years in a contact center/ back office/ BPO environment
§ Should have prior experience of managing team of 50-70 FTEs
§ Proficient English reading and writing skills
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
§ Highly organized with a proven track record of delivering to deadlines
§ Exceptional attention to detail and output oriented
§ Problem solving skills
§ Effective communication and analysis skills
§ Minimum work experience of 7-9 years in a contact center/ back office/ BPO environment
§ Should have prior experience of managing team of 80-100 FTEs
Additional Information
Should be able to work in rotational shifts as process operates 24/7
