Roles and Responsibilities
Excellent Telephone and Electronic Interaction with users
Good Language and excellent Communications Skills
Problem-Solving
Good Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, effectively and efficiently.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong documentation skills.
Outstanding client service skills and ability to present ideas in user-friendly manner.
A strong ability to work in a team, interacting with users in a friendly and helpful manner,

and to Priorities tasks
Highly self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience of working and trouble shooting
Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux will be an added advantage
Ticketing systems such as Fresh Service
Remote support tools like TeamViewer and ultraviewer, teams
Endpoint protections systems such as Symantec, bit locker, Windows defender
Applications such as Microsoft Office, Office 365, emailing protocols (SMTP, IMAP, ActiveSync)
Good understanding in components such as: DNS,DCHP, IP Pools

?Desired Candidate Profile
The individual will be involved in the following critical activities:
Build and install PCs, VoIP Extensions, wireless network endpoints and peripheral devices

(such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to user level infrastructure,
in accordance with department standards
Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for

consideration and implementation
Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with

departmental operating procedures
Create,maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership
Maintain inventory databases with up to date information.
Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to users strictly follow defined

processes and procedures
Monitoring and escalation through to resolution of alerts in the central monitoring systemsnbsp;

such as Run Books and System Operating manuals
Perks and Benefits
Bachelors Degree
Any relevant certifcations would be added advantage
2-3 years of related work Experience
Experience in ITIL based organization would be an added advantage

Experience in ISMS and Data Privacy would be an added advantage
