Job Description : We are onboarding a new client and for that, we are looking for leaders who are responsible, approachable, and of course, fun! EXPERIENCE REQUISITE
5+ years of experience in the same field
Background in performance & media houses
Must have Web Analytics experience
A good relationship with media houses is preferred
Must be able to crack deals and be a media strategist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Agency-side social analytics and paid media analytics experience working with brands
Advanced Excel techniques such as lookups, pivot tables and custom scripting
Experience in creating, defining, and maintaining Paid Media dashboards using Google Docs, public APIs, Excel macros or other methods and presenting to senior management
Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Platform (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Social Ads Platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), Amazon Advertising
Intermediate knowledge of Programmatic Display and OLV
Be introduced to the Strategy, Creative, Client Relations and Paid Media teams to capture a holistic understanding of our methodology and values
Create and manage scalable reporting and dashboards that monitor marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas of improvement, and influence strategy
Support test design and testing process with web marketers leveraging Adobe Analytics.
Lead projects related to Digital Web Marketing, driving insights and analysis of channel strategy and performance and effectively communicate findings?at all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives)
Build strong relationships with global marketers and cross-functional partners to provide strategic advice on LinkedIns marketing performance and operational efficiency
Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity
Build a strong partnership with stakeholders to understand top priorities and strategies.
Work with and manipulate large, complex data sets for analysis and report creation
Reporting automation and dashboard development
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITE
Professional-level proficiency in English
Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing, abreast with latest industry trends, marketing campaigns and the next viral video trend
Proficient in content marketing theory and application maintains excellent writing and language skills
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, analytical & collaborative skills
Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows
Able to manage and accommodate the team members
Should have a keen eye for detail
QUALIFICATION REQUISITE
Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / E-commerce will be added bonus
