Job Description : Digital Content and Design AssociateWe’re looking for a digital marketing enthusiast to join our growing content and design team! As a part of the role, the candidate will work with clients from various industries, on different aspects of their digital marketing requirements, specifically content and design. Our ideal candidate is creative, works well in teams, has a flair for language and can visually bring ideas to life!This role has been created to help provide an overall perspective of digital marketing, with the opportunity for the candidate to grow in any one of the directions in the future.Note: This is a full-time role but if you’re looking for a part-time role, please reach out to us.Job RequirementsBachelors degree, preferably in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication Liberal Arts, Fine Arts, or Design and CommunicationExcellent command over spoken and written English1-2 years of professional writing and graphic designing experienceAn updated portfolio of previous content and design workProficient with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with other design software is a plusAbility to conduct thorough secondary researchBasic understanding of SEOA thorough understanding of current social media trends and collaborations, especially on InstagramJob DescriptionResearch and create brand-specific content for articles, webpages, infographics,, social media posts, flyers and more as required by the clientCreate visually-engaging graphics for various platforms that complement written contentEnsure graphics are created keeping in mind typography, layout and composition, the brand’s color palette and graphic style while following the brand’s content and visual style guideBrainstorm and collaborate with the Co-founders and clients to create and post content and graphics in a timely manner, according to the monthly content calendarSchedule and post content on various platforms as neededAssist in influencer marketing campaigns and collaborationsLead outreach initiatives both in-house and for clients – this includes drafting and sending emails, setting up meetings, pitching ideas and moreFollow social media and digital marketing trends, and stay updated on industry newsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)content writing: 1 year (Preferred)
