The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Executive/Senior Executive- Digital MarketingExp: 4-6 YearsLocation- DelhiBudget: – Open to NegotiationCompany: A leading staffing company in Delhi with a Pan India presenceRoles & Responsibilities· Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns· Managing various social media accounts across multiple platforms· Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness· Create social media posting editorial calendars and schedules.· Gathering and analysing relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and acting on the results.· Keep an eye on the latest social media Tools, Trends, and Applications and apply what you’ve learned to boost social media traffic.· Developing a digital outreach strategy for the spiritual and cultural programmes that have been assigned to you.· Creating campaigns that reflect the organization’s mission and programmes· Analysing data and adjusting campaigns as needed.· Resolving social media queries.· Creating blog content as well as social media captions.· Creating and implementing social media marketing campaigns.· Contact agencies to see if they are interested in collaborating with the company.· Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)· Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, off-page, on-page optimization etc.)· Manage SMM, digital advertising, SEM, display ads, social media ads & SEO campaigns.· Launching social media campaigns and generating leads and also analysing the output.You can apply if you have: -Minimum 5 years of experience in social media handling & Digital Marketing.Strong communication skills.Strong knowledge of various social media platforms.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsFriendly and conversationalMust be detail-oriented, team player, and tech-savvy.Have an extensive understanding of SEO tools.Graduation or Diploma/ Certificate Course in Social Media Marketing/ Digital Marketing.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹350,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 4 years (Preferred)
