Job Description : Your Opportunity
As Digital & PR Executive, you will be responsible to provide assistance with the execution of Bacardi’s Digital & PR agenda for India, SEA markets.
Your principal responsibility will be to lead & manage content, campaigns and drive agency relationships for Digital & PR. You should be able to thrive and grow in a multicultural dynamic environment by building strong relationships & demonstrating agility across geographies.
Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
Plan and execute effective campaigns with confidence and agility, while integrating PR and Digital KPIs
Brainstorm and suggest innovative and creative ideas for engaging ways to connect with consumers and media
Inspire and enable agency partners to drive activity execution within timelines required
Utilize exceptional writing skills to draft and edit communication materials, including but not limited to press releases, media announcements, spokesperson biographies, website copy, newsletters, briefs, and program write-ups
Communicate feedback with precision and clarity to enable the best output from partners
Manage reporting process with PR & Digital agencies; review reports, provide feedback, share guidance, and evaluate success of campaign results vs. targets; ensure reports, trackers and dashboards are updated regularly and accurately
Monitor competitor brand and industry activities regularly; share new launches, interesting case studies and unique opportunities for our brands by staying in touch with what is being published online and in media in India
Build long-tern relationships with all relevant stakeholders within Bacardi and partner agencies, gaining the trust of and showcasing expertise to senior leadership, brand marketing teams and external partners
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on PR and Digital to brand teams on key campaigns where partner agencies are collaborating across functions

Minimum requirements would be a graduate degree with an interest in building a career in Digital & PR.
Passionate about PR; demonstrate an understanding of the latest media trends, innovations and technologies; have knowledge of the media landscape–newspapers, magazines and websites that consumers read and engage with
Passionate about social media, content, advertising and be in the know of Gen Z/Millennial trends. Must demonstrate a keen interest in our brands, the spirits category, pop culture, music, movies, F&B, events etc. particularly in India.
Outstanding time management and organization skills; able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail; able to understand and visualize the larger strategic goal while executing with excellence
Exceptional writing and editing skills; must demonstrate the ability to write in the brand tone of voice and be able to adapt writing style to suit consumer lifestyle publications and corporate business angles
Excellent verbal skills; adept at communicating with teams across departments and leadership teams within Bacardi; be fearless in sharing your point of view and ideas during meetings, and confident in present
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preference will be given to candidates who have already worked in PR, communications, or digital marketing in a previous job role or internship (6 months – 1 year experience)
