Experience leading leaders of teams
– Extensive campaign management experience. This includes planning, budgeting, forecasting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
– Experience with executing evergreen/nurture campaigns
– Self-directed and effective working independently and cooperating cross functionally with excellent communication, and presentation skills as well as expert organization skills
– A solid understanding of the buyer journey and how it relates to demand campaigns
– Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
– Creative thinking to identify fresh, forward-thinking techniques to reach lead generation and revenue goals
– Experience with commonly used marketing tools including web-based collaboration tools, CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce.com and Marketo) is an asset
– Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry and/or SaaS-based companies is a bonus

Essential responsibilities:Lead a team of high functioning Marketing Demand Managers and SpecialistsCampaign development and execution. Deliver effective marketing campaigns designed to hit specific targets and revenue goalsForecast and reporting. Own and communicate the forecasting and campaign resultsCollaboration.
o Marketing: work with cross functional departments such as Creative, Shared Services, Marketing Operations, Segment, Growth, Product, and Communications
o CSM & Sales: integrate activities into a unified buying experience for the customer
o Agencies: Work with our outside SEM agency to maximize performance of SEM tactics (Google, LinkedIn, Bing)Budget. Ensure campaigns are coming in on time and on budgetOptimize. Use performance data to select the best performing channels and maximize engagement in your marketing programs
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 5 – 6 years in Customer Lifecycle Marketing( Required )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Required )
Proficient in English( Required )
