Job Description : Responsibilities:Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reportingDevelop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performanceWork with developers to improve website speedWork wth the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisitionRe-Platforming website to new CMS, making website mobile capableResearch market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performanceAnalyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpisOversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social mediaDevelop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages developmentReport on performanceRequirements:At least 3 years of experience in a similar roleExperience managing marketing and tech teamsExperience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategiesExcellent understanding of web design and web analysisStrong marketing and tech backgroundUnderstanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channelsKnowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting toolsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Internet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:E-Commerce: 3 years (Required)
