Roles and Responsibilities
Order management & acceptance from multiple marketplaces + in house website
Will Handle and Manage Ecommerce vendors on Panel like Amazon, Tata cliq luxury and marketplace etc.
Following up with orders, through calls , emails and other social media tools.
Customer service, revert to customer queries for purchase, returns, other product related questions.
Liaising with internal departments, internal teams & warehouse
Liaising with vendors, for delivery & dispatches, logistics partner and any other associated parties.
Liaising with internal departments (Marketing, VM, Accounts, MIS) & Warehouse.
Liaising with vendors, for delivery & dispatches, logistics partner any other associated parties that need assistance with
Reports preparation, monthly Sales report, Weekly stock update, payment tracking etc.
Website updation in terms of offers, banners, inventory, new arrivals.
Adding Testimonials
Cataloguing for website and marketplace
Maintaining details of couriers.
Reverting on returns & damages
Sending mailers for upcoming offers & events
Claiming on Amazon & Flipkart for damages & returns
Coordination for new brands
