Job Description : Executive Assistant – Tax team – (220003DZ)
Description
The Role:
To manage local/domestic expenses for Tax
To manage logistics and admin work for events / townhalls
To undertake secretarial support for Partner and Associate Partner (Managing expenses / stakeholders visit/ any other ad-hoc request)

The Tasks:
Arranging meetings
Organising travel and accommodation
Produce and amend excel spreadsheets
Handle various ad-hoc administration tasks, including timesheets
Ordering equipment including IT, headsets, business cards
Assisting with event administration

The Individual:
Individuals must have fivee to six years’ experience in a similar role working for a large multinational company and show drive and a can-do attitude.
The ability to solve problems, take ownership of the issue and hand back the solution in a timely fashion is crucial.
The individual must also be able to work well within a team and be a real team player.
They also need to be able to prioritise their workload and often meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications
The Skills:
Very good written and verbal business English.
Strong PowerPoint, Excel and MSWord skills
Strong MS Outlook skills
Very good organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and plan particularly when dealing with multiple stakeholders
Being able to build relationships quickly with the team members
Very good attention to detail
Must be a graduate
