Role: Executive Assistant to the MD & CEO
Reporting to: MD & CEO
Team: Presently an individual contributor.
Location: Pune
Job Purpose:
This position plays a strategic role in the organization. The position keeps track of all the mission-critical projects of the company, coordinates with the critical stakeholders to get the progress and status of all the projects, compiles all the information and analyses & presents all the critical parameters to the MD & CEO for his decision making.
Also, the position communicates with all the critical stakeholders and ensures that the message from the MD & CEO’s office is effectively delivered and acted upon.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and track project milestones, identify the risks, and plan the mitigation to ensure on time delivery of all mission critical projects of the MD & CEO office.
Coordinate with HODs to ensure timely delivery of project plans and strategies.
Appraise the CEO & MD about all the parameters for critical decision making and ensure the meticulous implementation of the decisions taken.
Track project activities against project plan on a weekly basis.
Organize meetings and notify the departments about the agenda and subsequently the minute of the meeting.
Anticipate and resolve issues on time.
Conducting the progress review meetings.
Content curation for website, product communication etc.
Compile and analyze any document given by the MD & CEO in any format and create professional PowerPoint presentations.
Setting up webinars, town hall meetings, virtual meetings, and other events.
Participation in marketing & other customer engagement initiatives.
Handling business communication & planning.
Maintain cordial relations with the key customers and critical stakeholders.
Managing the schedules and critical meetings of the MD & CEO.
Any other task that is deemed fit to be assigned to this position.
Candidate Profile
The candidate should have prior experience in handling, marketing communication or project management profile. Should be high potential dynamic and should possess aptitude as well as the appetite for playing a strategic senior role in the company. Also, the candidate must have great attention to details, an evolved sense of aesthetics and discerning tastes.
Work experience:
Graduate + MBA
Minimum 5 to 15 years of work experience in Marketing/Branding/CRM/EA/Project management.
Proficient in creating powerpoint presentations, templates, creatives, etc.
Should have a great eye for details.
Should have a sense of aesthetics & discerning tastes.
Relationship & Influence:
Naturally connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
An ability to inspire trust and followership in others through compelling influence, powerful charisma, passion in his/her beliefs, and active drive.
Encourages others to share the spotlight and visibly celebrates and supports the success of the team.
Creates a sense of purpose/meaning for the organization that generates followership beyond his/her personality and engages others to the greater purpose for the organization.
