Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities1) Taking care of front-of-house duties, such as greeting and directing visitors and handling deliveries.2) Maintaining an efficient and well-organized filing system for easy storage and retrieval.3) Taking care of all correspondence, including telephone calls and emails.4) Screening documents, booking meeting rooms, setting up conference calls and taking messages.5) Maintaining general company record systems to uphold accurate files.6) Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.7) Taking and distributing minutes.8) Creating and proofreading documents and drafting emails.9) Taking care of routine clerical tasks, such as the ordering of office supplies.10) Sound knowledge of computer systems and relevant software programs11) Fluent speaking skills.12) Good writing abilities.13) Excellent administrative and organizational skills.14) The ability to priorities tasks and remain calm under pressure.15) The ability to work with others and work independently.16) Good customer service skills and a friendly, polite disposition.17) Handling overall secretarial functions for MD.18) Travelling & Attending Meetings with MD.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 2 years (Required)Application Deadline: 31/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
