Group Finance – Infra Finance is mandated to ensure all Deutsche Bank’s internal transactions are compliant with key policies and tax standards and are governed, processed and controlled in order to deliver timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders in a cost efficient manner. This function has the end-to-end responsibility for all intra-group transactions, including Transfer Pricing, Infrastructure allocations and Inter-Unit clearing.
Perform Cost Allocations & provide support to onshore/offshore, Business Managers & FD and deal with a different Businesses

The Finance Business Advisor provides professional, timely advice and guidance to business leaders in assigned Divisions/Business Units, on specific functional subject areas and consistent with the Bank’s strategy, ensuring adherence to Bank policy and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks. They may also have control function responsibility for defined topics. They collaborate with colleagues within their function, and more broadly, to implement appropriate policies and processes, in line with Bank and Divisional strategy. The Finance Business Advisor delivers appropriate products and solutions to meet the needs of their assigned Division/Business Unit, and actively promotes and supports implementation of cross-divisional initiatives. Typically, they provide coverage for one or more teams within/across Divisions or regions, and have responsibility for advising on their area of functional expertise.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Keeping track of key financial events impacting Month end book
Monthly Flash PnL Analysis and highlighting any challenges to meet financial targets
Actively soliciting input to drive Forecasting / Annual Budgeting process
Coordinate to support ad-hoc queries of the stakeholders. These will include standard reports; one off requests, fire drills and cost allocation enquiries
Form relationships across offshore production teams / onshore stakeholders understand root-cause and improve processes and financial transparency
Prepare management updates on key projects, financial controls, ongoing operational initiatives, financials and related activities.
Coordinate Improving processes around financial control activities around forecast, plan, consolidation of financials etc
Work closely with onshore partners on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives
Transfer Pricing related matters
Cost Management
Experience/Exposure:
Post graduate Finance / Chartered Accountant with 9-12 years’ experience in Accounts and Finance
Good exposure in Month end close; Forecasting and Annual Budgeting processes
Strong knowledge of accounting and planning concepts. Knowledge of Essbase, SAP, Cognos is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, Power-point (preferred)
Strong Communication to manage stakeholders’ relationships
Ability to work under time constraints and handle pressure
Displays a high degree of control awareness
Strong analytical / business problem-solving skills
Well organized & able to clearly present results of work
Drive process improvement, identify Non Value adds and eliminate them
Diligent, thorough, shows initiative and is proactive
Ability to challenge status quo.
Education/Certification

Degree in Commerce / Accounting with experience in Month end close; Forecasting and Annual Budgeting processes etc.
