Job Description : Job Purpose: To lead the Finance department by ensuring everyone in the organization follows the company’s Accounting Policy and Procedures and keep proper books of account for the companies. He/she will also provide advice and guidance to senior management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company’s senior management to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.Duties and Responsibilities: To keep the books of accounts of the company accurate and up-to-date.Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements and GST returns and Income tax returns are submitted accurately and timely.Work closely with the auditors to finalise the accounts in a periodic manner and comply with the MCA requirements.Carry out daily bank reconciliationEnsure that all expense vouchers are verified and passed accurately and timelyPerform financial analysis for the senior management to enable them to make decisionsPrepare the annual budget for the companyManage the team responsible for carryout day to day accounts department functions, setting goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be metPeriodically review the organisation’s financial report and identify opportunities for cost reductionSkills RequiredStrong interpersonal,Communication skills and presentation skillsLeadership.Problem-solving.Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being usedEducational QualificationBcom/Mcom degreeProfessional qualifications such as ACA/CMA will be considered a plusAdditional Requirements12 to 15 as a Finance ManagerExperience in the e-commerce sectorWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationProficient user of financial softwareJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Finance: 10 years (Preferred)Finance Managers: 5 years (Preferred)
