Job Description : JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:To be Presentable, greet and welcome people.Be a Smart Communicator.Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.Monitor office expenses and costs.Coordinate with Clients to provide secretarial services, arrange couriers etc.Should be willing to take responsibility to ensure that all events run smoothly.Request Satisfied clients to review us on relevant Portals.Generate Invoices and coordinate with Accounts Dept.Maintain Supportive Documents and Petty cash.Take responsibility for the Sales and Marketing of Hanu Reddy Realty, including pricing, promotions, promotional materials, image, brand and profile.Promote Hanu Reddy Realty on Social Media Websites.Communicate with the Management team, plan work schedules and check Client requirements on a Day to Day Basis.Negotiate with external service providers and suppliers as required.General office Maintenance.Day-to-day troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise.Perform any other duties as required by the management.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹283.00 – ₹532.00 per hourBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:PANAIYUR, CHENNAI – 600119, Chennai – 600119, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)
