Designation: – Compliance Specialist – MS Platform
**Note**:Final Designation/Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings.
Job summary:
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
1. Take the ownership for Compliance test of project and evaluate applicable requirements for the title.
2. Create new use cases as per title design and applicable requirements.
3. Find information and solution via first party portals. Troubleshoot platform and 1st party tools related problems in daily work.
4. Suggest design ideas to production teams to adhere first party requirements.
5. Provide estimations for support resources required as per the project state.
6. Identify risks and plan mitigation without supervision. Report top-notch compliance issues without any supervision and suggest best expected behaviors.
7. Review issues reported by team members, correct the errors, and provide constructive feedback.
8. Guide juniors on the project for bug reporting, processes, tools, communication, and reports.
9. Document learnings, first party updates and share with the team members.
Technical Knowledge:
1. Operate PC and console hardware and setup with good troubleshooting skills.
2. Use 1st party testing tools and product configuration tools efficiently in daily work
3. Understand network functioning of game and test network features efficiently.
4. Able to excellently use the required MS office tools
5. Understanding of game genres and design, Jira, package creation and confluence.
Communication:
1. Communicate efficiently with 1st party stakeholders, Release management teams and Production Stakeholders
2. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills to convey complex product requirements or technical concepts.
3. Ability to raise issues and communicate risks in reports and weekly calls with stakeholders.
