Job Description : General Manager (Equipment & Events Rentals)- This is a KEY-hire position, and a direct hire. The GM will manage all day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the owner of the business. The company has been successfully in business for over 40 years, with a strong customer base. The owner is ready to go into that next phase in life (retirement), and would like to step out of the business more. For the right person, there is ownership potential. The General Manager must have experience in financial reporting and leadership. There are currently ten employees, with two managers reporting to the GM. This is a fast-paced environment, with a lot of interaction with customers. It also includes off-site installations and set up.
