The company has executed more than 300+ Solar Power Plants and 10,000+ Solar projects in Irrigation, Rural Electrification, Defense, Railways, etc. KSL Cleantech is the Authorized/Exclusive Channel Partner for Adani Solar in Eastern India. The company is also the authorized distributor/importer for Trina Solar – world’s leading Solar Company.KSL Cleantech has a fast growing team in the Solar Projects division for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector. This comprises industrial sheds, warehouses, cold storages. Also, it comprises open access projects for very large industries seeking for a Core HR Managers/Executives.to manage culture, discipline, all HR mattes in the company:- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding- Identifying key areas for policies, systems, appraisal systems, review systems- Defining and setting a company culture, addressing employee grievances and suggestions- Setting and tracking KRA, JD of employees- Employee engagement activities, bonding- Usual salary processing/payroll mgmt is not part of the regular responsibility.Candidates should have min 6+ yrs exp in building HR systems from grounds up and setting systems and processes to manage it.
