Job Description : · Understand the manpower requirement and conduct walk in interviews for diff. showrooms· Coordinate with regional offices on recruitment needs.· Post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals· Source potential candidates within timeline and maintain a database of the same.· Screen candidates by reviewing resumes & job application, and conduct preliminary interview to assess knowledge, skill and experience to best suit open position.· Do interviews and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.· Schedule interviews online and offline, ensure that interview panel and candidates are available on time and coordinate accordingly.· Negotiate and discuss salary with selected candidates· Ensure timely communication to candidates on interview feedback.· Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates.· Ensure proper background verification for selected candidates.· Timely update Recruitment MIS. On boarding and Induction· Conduct joining and induction process of new hires and ensure that the required orientation programs are provided in a timely manner.· Issue Appointment letters, Appraisal forms etc.· Ensure proper completion of joining process.· Check and collect all necessary documents as per checklist, follow up & ensure that any pending documents (if any) are collected.· Communicate with showrooms on joining intimation.· Arrange travel requirements of joiners to showrooms.· Monitor and check attendance regularization for employees.· Execute payroll process by ensuring that the salary offered.· Undertake Advance deductions, Arrears, special allowance, monthly attendance exception, overtime updation.· Check all statutory components (PF,ESIC,..) are compiled and ensure timely payment of the same.· Check and ensure that TDS deductions are compiled as per government norms.· Work closely with Finance team to communicate and ensure required fund availability, cheque payments for payroll processing.· Resolve any discrepancies in payroll and answer queries.· Support and execute overall Performance Management System (PMS) Process as per the management decisions.· Collate data and generate Performance reports accurately to the Management· Support and coordinate for annual performance appraisal of Yoosha employees as per timelines .· Check and update on all employee life cycle related activities like confirming transfers, deputation, promotion, unauthorized absence and resignation.· Check, update and facilitate employee retention in case of resignation.· Address and provide support to employee grievances. Internal Complaints Committee, Grievance handling, disciplinary Proceedings· Support in developing various company policies and guidelines.· Conduct hearings on acts of misconduct or proceedings, when applicable.· Act as a liaison between company and employees· Initiate and ensure a smooth exit process of the resigned employee.· Issue or hand over all the assets to employees, related their work, and ensure proper recover is done from the resigned employee. Keep documents for the same too· Undertake the completion of exit interview and issue experience or relieving letters to the employees.· Check and process gratuity and other settlements to employees· Ensure that final settlement and relieving processes are completed as per Company policies.· Coordinate deputation activities by facilitating proper showroom coordination.· Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide assistance.· Ensure that HR activities assigned are performed as per the existing company HR policies and norms.· Provide support to management and employees on HR related issues.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Kozhikode, Kozhikode – 673633, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 04/04/2022
