Job Description : Human Resource AssistantKey Job Responsibilities: · Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.· Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.· Initiate and process employment requisitions, develop and edit departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements and position advertisements.· Develop and maintain confidential departmental colleague files, documents and databases.· Coordinate colleague recruitment process, as appropriate, consistent and complete· Coordinate colleague relation functions in consultation with the Head of Human Resources, monitor colleague performance appraisal completions and track annual leave accruals· Prepare and complete the monthly Human Resources report and other statistical reports as required by the Head of Human ResourcesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowanceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 01/04/2022
