Manager- Supply Chain & Operations- Capital Projects
Work Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru | Years of experience:7-12 years | Entity: India Business | Level: Manager
Key Skills:
? Help shape and execute operations excellence and digital transformation projects for our clients in the space of Capital Projects. Should be able to work across mutli-skilled, and cross-functional teams across Strategy, Technology, Digital & Analytics, and Operations.
? Should have experience in 2 or more industries from Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables, Metals & Mining, Roads, Metros, Railways, Buildings, Ports and Real Estate
? Should have experience across 2-3 functions from Tendering & Estimation, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Project Planning & Controls, Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance
? Should bring in strong understanding of Digital Analytics across two or more streams from Mobility Apps, Connected Resources (IoT), AR/VR applications, Drone applications, Digital Procurement Tools, BIM, Digital Twin, GIS, Blockchain applications, Image analytics applications and Advanced Analytics (Inc AI)
Key Attributes:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong presentation and persuasion skills. ? Establish a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends. ? Requires ability to solve problems with cost-effective, efficient solutions. ? Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to exercise mature judgment. ? Build an ROI-driven product roadmap that captures full lifecycle of the product – from concept through maturity and eventually to disinvest stage
? The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.
