Location: Pune
Role Description – Summary:
This role is for Senior Integration Developer responsible for solution design and development. The candidate is expected to work closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Technical Analysts and other key stake holders to ensure good quality, maintainable, scalable and high performing software applications are delivered to users. He / She should have a strong technological background, expertise in oracle. Should be hands on and be able to work independently requiring minimal technical/tool guidance. Should be able to technically guide and mentor junior resources in the team. Work closely with team members and vendor team to design and develop software. Should have good communication skill and strong positive outlook.

Your key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
Apply performance tuning techniques, identify & resolve performance bottlenecks in Oracle, Informatica
Design more efficient database solutions, data modelling, schema design, stored proc / queries to improve system performance
Develop and deliver solid, scalable, robust solutions keeping the design in-line with existing standard framework
Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and database concepts
Knowledge of Core Java, advanced Java.
Good command over spring framework.
Hands on experience in Control-M scheduling is preferred.
Experience working in wealth management, Salesforce, Relational junction tool related projects is highly preferred.
Perform build & deployment using dev-ops tools like Bitbucket, Teamcity, Udeploy etc.
Experience working in agile projects and familiarity with Agile concepts.
Your skills and experience
Should have 7 to 10 years of total IT experience with strong experience in Design, Development, Implementation, Troubleshooting of ETL based application using Oracle – Pl Sql, Informatica, Java.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently, perform multiple tasks and take decisions where necessary, under minimal supervision
Should demonstrate accountability and ownership over and above assigned tasks
Strong analytical and logical thought process to be able to independently drive and influence positive changes
High level of curiosity and a keenness for constant improvement
Tenacious and resilient, able to operate in fast moving environment
Good communications skills, able to synthesize requirements, ask clarifying questions communicate ideas / vision
Good team player and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to achieve common team goals
