Job Description : Overall 4-6 years of IT experience and 3-4 years’ experience as a Jira & Confluence administratorPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESConfiguration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)Support JIRA project administration by setting up effective workflows, complex projects, security schemes, custom forms, fields, dashboards, and report configurationsMaintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and users. Manage user/access permissions.Setup automated reports, dashboards, and filters as well as utilize third-party add-ons in JIRA and ConfluenceSoftware patching / upgradesImplementing system enhancements to improve reliability and performanceMaintain documentation of new releases and best practices.Analyze and improve availability, efficiency, capacity, scalability, security and performance of JIRA system.Plan and coordinate feature improvements and upgrades around Atlassian services.REQUIRED SKILLSExperience in JIRA & Confluence AdministrationExperience customizing Jira projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemeStrong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills with a clear focus under pressureStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to use deductive reasoning to identify possible sources of a problem and then work toward a solution.Must be proactive, with proven ability to advance on multiple tasks in a given timeframeExperience adapting to rapidly changing environmentsMust have experience in working in an onsite/offshore modelExperience working in an enterprise production environmentPrior experience in integrating third party JIRA solutions required with development, integration, and operational skillsAtlassian certification is preferredExperience with administration of JIRA Data Center on AWS is a big plusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Systems & Applications Administrators & Architects: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 6 years (Preferred)
