Taking inputs on reported claim depute suitable surveyor by following internal process.
Following up with surveyors For ILA/LOR/Survey report within TAT.
Review of claims on regular basis.
Attending Insured/Banca/Brokers claim queries.
Following up with insured for the pending documents by issuing reminder letters.
Scrutinizing the document/ survey report.
Coordination for optimum salvage/ liaison with ILM team
Verify the assessment of claims as per terms and condition of the policy
Preparation of the Claim note & obtain necessary approvals.
Review /Payment entry in system & approvals.
Attending meeting with clients / brokers
