Job Description : Job summaryResponsible for driving digital business strategy, business development, key alliances and vendor relationship management with all relevant Ecom platforms. The candidate will work closely with the marketing to drive digital strategy including developing financial plans, budgets and achieving the organization’s digital goals (short term and long term).The candidate will be responsible to drive business growth through performance marketing, brand building and online reputation management on digital mediums.Roles & Responsibilities: Complete Digital & E-commerce Marketing FunctionDrive E-Commerce business Top line Targets· Establishing E-Commerce as a dedicated revenue channel with annual revenue targets· Design and execute the annual roadmap for the E-Commerce channels for all brands and product categories· Design and prepare reports for all e-business metrics for various online platforms and achieve all growth objectives and develop all enhancements to ensure an effective and efficient supply network· On-site marketing on E-commerce to drive eyeballs for brand, conversions and maximize RoAS (Return On Advertising Spends); response management and query resolutionDigital Marketing (Lead Gen) & Content Development· To increase online traffic on the brand’s website + E-Commerce Assets· Hands-on experience in developing and executing digital content, media management, Search advertising, SEO and SEM.· Campaign briefing and validation of end digital concept from the agency (Banners, Page takeovers, etc.)Managing Social Media & Online Reputation Management· Devise Always-On and campaign strategies for digital to increase traffic to digital assets, build brand awareness, reach and engagement· Work closely with the agency to develop a robust content marketing plan- influencer engagement program, online PR, establish success KPIs and monitor performance· Managing social media community and strategy on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin & Other relevant social media platformsBusiness tracking· Reporting and Analysis with the help of Google Analytics· Track and analyze competition activities online· Track influence initiatives being taken by competition & suggest a potent counter-strategy· KPI monitoring for Digital vendors and agenciesDesired Candidate Profile· MBA- Regular· Minimum 4-6 years work experience in digital marketing· Experience in working with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies· In-Depth understanding of Facebook & Google advertising· Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition· Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)· Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics.· Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills· Strong organizational and negotiation skills· Broad understanding of digital tools and technology· Languages English & HindiBudget- Upto 6 lakhs PAJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)License/Certification:Tally (Preferred)
