What you’ll do:
Communication:
Understand key drivers of customer communications, proactive and reactive
Create non-promotional content for voice, email, chat, social media channels
Creating external surveys to derive customer insights
Ensure content created is clear, accurate, concise and aligned to the brand’s tone of voice
Bring consensus and agreement to finalize communications templates, design and formats with all stakeholders
Closely monitor key metrics of communications with internal and external stakeholders
Own areas of improvement and recommend changes based on best practices
Work with stakeholders to decipher requests using a consultative approach and decide/recommend appropriate channels and messaging
Incorporate customer feedback to enhance communication to meet the functional objectives
Track stakeholder pulse via survey and recommend internal improvement/enhancements
Product:
Single contact point for the product facing asks of the team
Maintaining existing consoles and constant updates to content based on process changes
Liaising with the Product team for project closures
What you’ll need:
2-4 years of experience in content writing or in a similar role
Previous social media management experience is mandatory.
Excellent writing skills and cognizance of different styles/tones
Deep understanding of grammar nuances
Good research, proofreading and editing skills
Ability to create infographic content(preferable)
Self-starter with an ability to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS tools
Good command over spoken and written English and Hindi
Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to understand data, derive insights and present it to stakeholders
Good reasoning ability and problem-solving skills
