About the Role
The Lead Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for the overall experience and sales on the Direct Dyson.in website in India. Working with the Head of E-commerce he/she will plan, lead, and deliver projects to drive the continuous improvement of the onsite experience and support the growth of the Dyson.in website channel as part of the wider Direct business.
Working with a cross functional team both within India and with Group functions, he/she will coordinate the delivery of NPD, campaigns, new functionalities, enhancements, and end to end stock management relevant for the channel. Relevant KPIs are conversion rate, SEO performance, digital NPS and the critical web shop performance (Vol, Gross Margin and Trading Profit).
Main Accountabilities:
Own the onsite customer experience by fully understanding the market, consumer needs, shopper behavior and best practices in the eCommerce space
Driving improvements to the platform and holding E-commerce equation to focus on sessions, conversion rate and average order value to drive sales.
Work cross-functionally to achieve a seamless customer journey between traffic driving channels, onsite, eCommerce fulfilment and customer services
Working closely with Group teams to launch and integrate new functionality, NPD and campaigns which contribute to growing the Direct business.
About You
Ideal candidate should be an MBA graduate from Premium Institute with 4-6 years’ experience in
e-commerce/D2C channel
Should have thorough understanding of Digital Marketing and campaigns along with Funnel Management
Hands-on experience with Digital Analytical tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Adobe Experience manager etc.
Capabilities to guide and nurture data driven approaches and encourage A/B and Multivariate testing
Experience in handling online sales channel P&L driving Trading profit
Highly organized and collaborative cross-functionally with the ability to work quickly to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines simultaneously
Organized and process driven, great attention to details
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
Project management skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and with multiple stakeholders
