Job Description : Job Description

Handling Direct Tax with reference to Tax return filing, Tax audit, TP audit, TDS and TCS return etc and assessment related data preparation.
Handling Indirect Tax GST, Filing of returns and payment of GST, Professional Tax and Assessment under Old Regime and new regime of GST.
GST Reconciliation with Finance records, GST audit and filing of replies to GST department.
GST/Indirect/Direct tax tracker with respect of status of cases.
Coordination with external consultant for Direct & Indirect compliances.
AR management with reference to Credit limit, collection, overdue analysis & Top customers past dues reporting.
Credit Note issuance to Customer with proper approvals.
Documentation of various schemes floated in the market.
Overdue Analysis on Weekly basis and coordination with Customer Service team for Collection of over dues.
Month end reconciliation of AR & Tax.
Support of Closing of Month end & Analysis of GL.
Balance confirmation from Debtors with the help of Customer service Team.
Sox Audit & Coordination with cross functional team for closure of issue of Sox Audit
E & O, LCM file preparation on quarterly basis.
Qtr/Annual audit of Books with statutory auditor.
Internal Audit without issues, Maintaining tracker of Internal audit points.
Inventory Count and posting of variances in books.
Enhancement of IT system development as required by statute change from time to time.

Required Experience

Professional degree in Finance preferably CA.
Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Field: 5-10 Years – Automobile industry preferable.
Must possess analytical skills, People Management skill, Task oriented.
ERP, SAP and Tally – Anyone knowledge is must.
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
