Position is in New Delhi.Area of Operation: E-CommerceLocation: New DelhiReports to: Head – E-CommerceRole Objective. Conceptualize and build D2C brand website and Marketplace business across company’s brands Drive business growth and ensure processes and scale-up is seamless, makingtrade-offs as needed, and monitoring the various metrics of operational health. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, sms, socialmedia, notifications etc. Ensuring high NPS across all consumer touch points Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective foradoption where appropriate Communicate customer issues with operations teams and devise ways ofimproving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaintsKnowledge and skill set:Must have experience of building a successful international E-commerce business through digital marketing tools, including consumer insight led retargeting across all channels Flair for engaging communication with an insight into fashion consumer Ability to deliver within tight deadlines with an action bias.
