Job Description : Job Description: Marketing ExecutiveAsa beauty:asa is the answer to clean, conscious beauty, the global Indian women has long been seeking in her homeland.Offering an array of carefully crafted, authentic, purposeful products that are 92% Natural, Vegan, Refillable, Sustainable and free from animal cruelty, we provide clean choices that accentuate her natural beauty, all while also preserving the environment.asa’s vision is to create a world of conscious consumerism – guiding and helping our consumers throughout their journey of intentional living.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist the Marketing Manager in implementation of all marketing activitiesEnd to end execution of marketing plan in collaboration with the internal stakeholders (sales, product teams, creative) to ensure targeted objectives are metManage and communicate with vendors for signage, print collaterals and other marketing elementsManage and monitor all channels and track the effectiveness of campaigns and brand activitiesWork closely with the Marketing Manager to manage external agencies(social media and PR) to align on objectives and goalsAssist in creating internal reports to monitor and track campaign effectivenessOversee photoshoots and manage creation of video assets etc..Timely settlement of bills to avoid issues with external vendors and stakeholdersAssist in drafting content for PR and other marketing materialsSkills:Excellent verbal, written and communication skillsExperience in PR and social media preferredPrior exposure to creative development process, including multi-media campaign creation and executionStrong knowledge of social media channels (Instagram, FB, YouTube) and marketing tools (GA, canva)Strong time-management and creative skillsAbility to take initiative and work well under tight timelinesPositive attitude and self-motivatedJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, FresherSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hebbal, Bengaluru – 560080, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing Executive: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
