Based in Mumbai, it acts as a one stop tailoring solution for all menswear fashion ranging from formal wear such as suits, tuxedos, shirts and trousers to ethnic wear such as jodhpuris, bandis, sherwanis and kurtas.Mission:“Empowering individuals through the art of tailoring by providing the best fit, customized style and quality craftsmanship”Threadsmith has a sub-brand, ‘Tomorrow Tribe’, which is a conscious (sustainable + ethical) menswear fashion house that creates mindful pieces with timeless quality and perfect fit.What will you do all day?You will be assisting the Chief of Marketing and Sustainability Officer in all marketing and branding activities of Threadsmith and Tomorrow Tribe. The detailed list of your scope of work is as mentioned below:StrategyUnderstand the customer needs and develop new marketing strategies (digital and physical) to capitalize on itBrainstorm campaign ideasPromote the overall concept of the company, including the brand and the products in storeImprove customer experience through events and workshops and through participating in relevant exhibitions, etc.Build a social media calendar and use content buckets to develop contentBrainstorm on garment photoshoot ideas and conceptualize the setImplementationPlan, develop and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)Analyze analytics weekly to gauge the success of campaignsBe actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awarenessIdentify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activitiesAssist with website designing, copywriting, proofing, and updating as neededDevelop weekly content for the organisation blogDevelop new partnerships and maintain strong industry relationshipsHelp in building the website for the brandAssist in photoshoots and in preparing for themRequirementsA bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled student) in mass media or other relevant degreeAdobe Creative Suite – Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience is a mustAbility to utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and social media management and measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics)Can work on MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel effortlesslyExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsJob Types: Full-time, InternshipContract length: 6 monthsSalary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹7,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Adobe Creative Suite – Adobe IllustratorPhotoshop experience is a mustEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)
