Morgan Stanley Fund Services (MSFS) provides fund administration services to the world’s leading hedge funds. MSFS has around 1300+ professional globally and of which, 700+ employees works out of India. Our offices are spread in New York, Dublin, London, Glasgow, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hong Kong.

The services offered by MSFS include:

Accounting support including financial reporting
Investor Services
Tax Services
Middle Office support
Analytics
Stratum SM, investor transparency reporting.

Primary responsibilities include:
Manage monthly client invoicing process that includes facilitating and executing the production, distribution and tracking of all client invoices and associated receivables.
Daily cash matching process.
Month End Revenue reporting and analysis.
Prepare various reports for Senior Management on billing metrics, aged receivables and revenues.
Monthly expense analysis – Liaise with Global Controllers to understand Business expenses and month over month variances to present to Management.
Work with users, billing team and IT to enhance functionality of existing billing systems.
Required Skills:
8+ years of Business/Finance experience
Experience as a Controller a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Math preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong PC skills, advanced Excel user
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and time management skills
Location: Mumbai
