Job Description : Role Description And Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesDesign and maintain filing and storage systems in the officeParticipating and responsible for logistic activities.Retrieve documents and files when requested.Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail.Create, edit, and update spreadsheet.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.Requirements:Minimum diploma or bachelors degree in any field.Minimum 2 years of office coordination and / or receptionist experience.Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)Professional attitude and appearanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks * Customer service attitudeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)office coordination: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English, Hindi, Punjabi (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
