Job Title : Officer Accounts Payable
Reporting : Deputy Manager F&A
Location : Turbhe (Mumbai)
Entity : Lubrizol India Private Limited

Summary of the Role:
The position is accountable for timely and accurate recording of vendor invoices and ensuring appropriate procedure for approval is followed.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
To record vendor invoices either PO based or direct invoices, debit notes, credit notes
Vendor reconciliation and support in GST/TCS/TDS reconciliation
Ensuring appropriate approvals are in place at the time of recording of invoices
Review of vendor masters
Preparing necessary vendor related MIS and month end close related reports
Timely completion of audit requirements and responding to audit queries
Proper recording and compliance with the applicable GST and income tax regulation with respect to input tax credits, tax deduction and tax collection at source provision
Preparing reports to support direct/indirect tax team for compliances under respective laws.
Focus on improvement of Accounts payable processes, automation possibilities
Accrual of expenses and working with cost center managers for timely provision of expenses

Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

Education / Certification:
Bachelor of Commerce or similar qualification.

Experience and Skills:
6 years of post qualification experience with at least 2/3 years in accounts payable function
Excellent in MS Excel
Working in ERP environment
Working knowledge of GST input tax credits, TDS/TCS under income tax act
Good in written and communication skills
