Position : Outreach/Admissions and Marketing – Education
Job Description : Preparation & implementation of yearly marketing budget.Organizing various branding activities in malls & societies for a brand visibility.Advertising in newspapers, radio, magazines & other channels.Placement of RWA boards, signage, banners, posters and pamphlet distribution.Vendor management: printing marketing collaterals & online marketing vendors.Management of social media coverage of school events.Photography and video coverage of the school events.Documentation of vendor’s payments as per the SOP’s.Procurement of Antah Prerana branded gifting material for marketing purposes.Collaborations with hospitals, doctors & corporates for admission tie-ups.Providing feedback to management regarding new up-gradations required.Competitor analysis.Own and Manage all the events / exhibitions / fairs end to end within and outside campus.Manage school outreach.Own all other outreach, student engagement and lead generation related activities on / off campus.Create attractive and meaningful presentations to be delivered in such events.Negotiate participation investments.Close the order and raise PR and PO with support from Purchase team.Conceive the events, outline activities in detail with accountabilities and timelines.Keep track of deliverables and ensure successful execution.Make all the travel, logistics, material and other arrangements for participation in the events.Coordinate with members of faculty wherever their participation is required (below the Directors).Identify opportunities with focus on schools which have given us good students in the past.Make presentations in schools either with a professional counsellor or self.Coordinate with the agency for permissions, organizing events, lead generation and closure of activities.Manage effective relationship with schools for future events and engagements.Represent the brand and school on- and off-campus to prospective students, parents, pre-schools, othersPlan and execute communication and activation with parents and adjoining societies, via mail and outbound marketing tools to achieve targeted enrolmentsInteract with parents looking at transfer/ exits to diagnose issues and concerns, if any * Develop dashboards for tracking leads and stages of conversionTrain internal assists in prompt and responsive parent communicationEvaluate and design ongoing parent relationship culture and programs for signed up parents and prospects to build trust and loyaltyCounsel parents on the admissions process as per defined messaging guidelines.Nurture planned and adhoc walk-ins with one-on one admissions counselling.Contribute ideas for marketing collaterals and content.Work with the communication/digital/ activation agency for consistent messaging for a specific school with defined objectivesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Sector 135, Noida – 201304, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
