Job Description : SummaryADI Beaverton is seeking Process Engineering Technicians in multiple areas and has open positions across several shifts.Shift options include:D1 shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00AM-6:00PMN1 shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00PM-6:00AM (Base + 11% Wage Differential)D2 shift – Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PMN2 shift – Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00PM-6:00AM (Base + 15% Wage Differential)Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: Sustain factory operations including dispositioning lot holdsAssist with tool failures/interruptsAdjust process toolsInvestigate quality eventsDirectly assist the process engineering teamPartner with manufacturing and equipment technicians as needed to support area and factory operational goalsMinimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED requiredBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-taskAbility to self-adjust priorities over the course of the dayStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow written instructions for engineering experimentsExhibit strong teamwork in a fast-paced environmentCommitted to quality mindsetDemonstrated leadership capabilityMotivated by continuous improvement and improving operational efficiencyAbility to ascend/descend stairs and ramps and to push/pull wafer lots and cartsLifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 poundsPreferred Qualifications: >2 years’ experience in a semiconductor cleanroomProficient with manufacturing automation systemsUnderstand basic SPC conceptsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $27.50 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSupplemental Pay:Bonus paySigning bonusEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Work Location: One location
