– Production Planning ,Control & Execution- Daily production report review & analysis – SIOP meeting.- Maintaining Productivity with various controls- Various Point Rejection – Review / Analysis / Root cause investigation- Participated in Quality Circle.
– Knowledge of 7 QC tools, 5S, Six Sigma, VSM.
– Deployment of LEAN & Idea management (Kaizens) among employees.
– Participated in TPM implementatation & part of JH / KK Team.- Review ,Co-ordination for PM / Project Activities- Involvement in APQP & PPAP Implementation.
– Have sound knowledge in SAP module.
