Job Description : Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience in people management.
Global experience in leading adult learning and development programs.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with people management and growing and developing talent.
Experience in project management and making business judgments.
Experience with navigating technical and professional development of adult education in a critical environment.
Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings to stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

As a Learning and Development Program Manager, you will develop global education solutions and strategies in close collaboration with technical and professional development leads. You will drive solutions and strategies based on adult learning theory, learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, competency modeling, and evaluation of learning solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Training Excellence team and other program leads across the data center organization to set goals and priorities and negotiate resourcing for each program.
Manage program execution and attainment of program goals globally.
Engage strategy and execution while providing input from your program experiences to improve the effectiveness of our programs across the board.
Support the global team in order to drive impact and value in support of the organization’s learning and development priorities.
Provide support to development initiatives, consult with the business, manage change, and drive operational excellence.
