Position : Project Configuration and Change Controller Leader
Job Description : §Lead Project Configuration manager team
§People management of the Project CM team
§See that the project configuration under control during the whole life-cycle of the Project s for his team
§Work with tender team and global stakeholders for estimation of new projects
§Team Player à ability to provide the Solution on CCM activity.
§AIR Values à Awareness on AIR values
§Workload Management à Having Knowledge of WL proposal + Resource Management + Ensure teams WBS booking asper the standard practices
§KPI’s à Having Knowledge of CCM KPI’s + CCM (CQ+AEC+MS Excel, Tools expertise)
§Team Development Plan à Ability to recognize the applicable Job related developments/training to the team
§R&R à Responsible to identify the team member for Recognition and Reward as per the Alstom policy !
§Other à Manage PC member and develop successor for smooth flow of CCM Lead position.
§Experience 4-5 years within Alstom CM team preferable.
§Overall experience in CM position 10 years
