Job Description : Job Summary: -Greetings from Nikom Infrasolutions Pvt Ltd: Nikom – An ISO 9001 Company and Member of IGBC (Indian Green Building Council-CII) has an integrated capability to design and build State-Of-Art World Class Datacenters, Energy Management Solutions, Defence and Security Solutions, Asset Tracking Services , Information Technology Solutions, and AV solutions on turnkey basis for large and medium enterprises.Role Title: Project CoordinatorIndustry: Information Technology & ServicesLocation: Nehru Place, DelhiResponsibilities and Duties1. Procurement : -Ø Planning and schedule of procurement of the packages of projects according to the requirement of the project.Ø Procurement of all packages of project ( i.e. Transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Cable, DG set etc)Ø Searching Vendors and Distributors of Equipments in PAN India.Ø Technical Evaluation of Vendor Quotation of Equipments ( i.e. Transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Cable, DG set etc)Ø Commercial Evaluation of Vendor Quotation.Ø Negotiation and Finalization of orders.Ø Preparation of purchase order and maintain record of the same.Ø Vendor Coordination.2. Project Planning & Coordination: -Ø Reading and understanding all the contractual documents and Commercial terms & conditions (i.e. Payment terms, Liquidated damages, Bank Guarantee clause etc.)Ø Preparation of L2 schedule and planning of project on project professional.Ø Submitting timely report to clients for project execution.Ø Ensuring that the project execution goes smoothly as per project execution cycle.Ø Client, Vendor and Site management in all respect for project completion.Ø Planning the complete project execution cycle and updated it timely.Ø Maintaining all the files and folder related to the project.Ø Preparation of basic engineering documents for project.Ø Document submission to the client and maintain records of the documents.Ø Coordination with the vendors for Equipment drawings and maintain record of the same.Ø Coordination with the design and engineering department for the drawings and the documents of the project.3. Material Handling & Dispatches : -Ø Responsible for timely dispatch for material and tools on site.Ø Maintain records of the material and coordination with the site engineer.Ø Proper planning of revenue of the dedicated projects.Ø Preparation of the Tax Invoices and maintain records of the same.Ø Reconciliation of the payments and Tax invoices in the coordination with the account department and client.Ø Analyzing the costing prepared by the proposals departments.Ø Maintain record of the project costing and update the same to the account department.Website: – www.nikom.inJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shift
