Job Description : Qualification: BRS/Graduate/Post-graduate in social work or relevant fieldExperience: Minimum 1 year of experience/internship is required in the education fieldLocation: VadodaraKey ResponsibilitiesWill be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the projectAssist in planning, developing systems and processes concerning the projectUndertake periodical visits to project places to monitor, review and extend required steps for implementation of the projectReporting and DocumentationEstablish a network with local agencies, government, and NGOs to strengthen the implementation of the program of the organizationAny other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.Required Skills and Competencies: Knowledge and understanding on issues related to education & community will be an added advantageWorking experience with schools and childrenWillingness to travel and undertake fieldworkGood interpersonal and communication skillsFunction as a team playerAbility to meet the reporting deadlinesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)
